It's best to get this little one to a qualified herp vet. Red leg is a bacterial infection of the bloodstream, usually caused by Pseudomonas bacteria, that usually produces hemorrhaging, making the legs appear red. That is a fatal condition if left untreated but responds well to antibiotics if caught early enough.
There's also the possibility of a fungal infection and those often respond well to antifungal meds either applied directly to the affected area or dissolved in a bath.
A vet would be able to tell the difference and get the right med for the job. Good luck and let us know how your FBT makes out.
