I don't want to offend anyone so I will simply say check the classifides of the other big snake website, I have seen adds for 2003 hatchlings posted there almost daily.

I think they're looking for someone in Canada.
SCALES Zoo has bred taiwans and I believe they're expecthing this year, and may have yearlings available right now.

I'll 2nd what Katt has to say to go with Ryan & Sheila of SCALES Zoo (Leader, SK). They still had some 2002's earlier this year. I myself work with Vietnamese Blue Beauties & currently have this years offspring available if interested. Mark I.

Hey, sorry to disapoint you Burmies, but I got the last '02 Beauty from Scales Zoo about 5 weeks ago. That said, do yourself a favour and get one from their next clutch as they're great animals. You just have to have a good supply of feeders on hand though, 'cause this girl is currently taking about 5 mice per week and has gone from 65 grams to 173 grams in 4 1/2 weeks and has gained about 10 inches in length!!! She'd eat more, but I'm rationing her... HOW"S THAT FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH???

Hi Francis.
The taiwan that my mother got has also just gone through a big growth spurt. It seems once they get onto fuzzy and hopper mice, they just pack on the size.
I'm very glad you like yours, I can't wait to see pictures of it now, after it's grown. My mom's taiwan's colours are really starting to show nicely.

Yeah, I was just thinking that I should get some shots of her now. I can't believe how she's grown, and how great her temperment is. She's quite active, but I can actually sit with her around my shoulders/neck while I type and surf and she's quite comfortable with it now... which is great because I'm planning to take her to some public schools here to educate the kids and she'll be great as a show-snake. And yeah, she's really showing her colours now as well.

My taiwan beauty eats like a pig! (but she's not fat at all).
She is close to 1,70 m. and very aggresive!
Every time i want to handle her i must wear gloves.
After about 2 minutes in my hands, stops trying to bite me.
Very beautiful animal!

Hey Burmies,
I don't know if you saw the post "Some big snakes from SCALES Zoo" about a month ago, but take a look back (page 3 of this forum) at that thread to see their big female.
I had the privilege of handling her when I was out there and it was amazing... very powerful animal.

Nice... and you don't look like you're bleeding so she can't be that bad! Mine is still much smaller... about 40" (1Meter), but at the rate she's growing, she might not take long to catch up. I'll post a pic as soon as I can, but I don't have a digital camera so it gets a little more complicated.
