Yes I know a corn is a colubrid but since you are new and dont know me I will leave it at that.

A RI (respatory infection) is caused by a draft of too cold of temps.

first sighs are a distinc cliking sound that comes every time it breaths next is bubls coming from the nostrils and the most obvious is when it starts to drule.

Like WTF is up with that man I said I knew a corn snake was a colubrid and since you were new (A whole month now) I was not gona bash you for treating me like I new nothing.

And then I told you haow to know if your snake has a RI

first sighs are a distinc cliking sound that comes every time it breaths..... next is bubls coming from the nostrils...... and the most obvious is when it starts to drule.

But scrue this go to the vet and he will tell you for sure. I am tired of wasting my time on newbies.

Excuse me?????????

If you can't waste your time... why are you replying? We were all newbies once right? And sorry Chondro... in my eyes, you still are one.

Excuse me this is exactly what happened in this thread between me and this person.

and then:

didnt you no that a corn snake is a colubrid well if not then o well
so that was offensive. and then still stayed civil and gave the info wanted.

i gave him the info he wanted and he still didnt let go of the subject.

and then i said my whole thing again on the signs of RI and at the end i happened to say that im tired of wasting my time on newbies but Trace im sure if someone was acting like that to you..youd wouldnt be all happy. being called a newbie wasnt very appreciated either considering ive been in the hobby for over 8 1/2 years now. 6 months after i had my first snake i new basic things about Ri and other small diseases.Just cause ive only been here since feb this year doesnt mean i know nothing. im sure you knew some things about reptiles before you joined.

I see where you're coming from chondro (I did read the thread )...really...but sometimes it's not worth it to argue with people when they're not showing respect. It's apparent that you do, in fact know what you're talking about...nobody questioned that. Don't be so defensive! We're all here to learn/share...(wow, did that sound cheesy or what?!?)

I don't care who you are, quit writing in capitals. I'm surprised anyone replied.

Haha...true Jeff! But seriously, let's help the guy out...after all, it's the snake that desperately needs us....

(I'd give him advice, but I'm not sure enough of myself to comment on this subject...so I guess really I'm just butting in )

Between the spelling. grammar and everything else.. I haven't a clue what was said. I believe insulting a newbie is like insulting ones self. There is no end without a beginning.
