If the horses are captive bred, not too hard to breed. But raising the babies is the super challenging part.

That's so cool Youkai! A marine fish shop that used to be near my place (I think they went bankrupt) had a sea-horse that had babies. I used to go often just to check up on the babies. Unfortunately they slowly died off I hope your babies do well. Keep us updated.
