I have never had one born like this....
This thing is like a Pastel (no no no I didn't mean to say that.....).
But seriously, its like pink and black. I've never had one like this before. There were 3 in the litter like this. Weird. Probably just means they'll turn ugly brown knowing my luck, ha ha!

At that age, they all look great ! 
Got a question to ask...
Jeff, what are the results when we breed a red with an orange ?
Is it suggested to do so, or should we pair them with mates of the same color.

Hmmmmm red to orange? Good question? I think we should try it man. Its the only way to know, right? Maybe they come out yellow??!!

That's one neat looking baby! I saw some similar in the ******* classifieds last year. It will be interesting to see how those guys turn out!
I asked Jeff Clark back when I got my pair, since one is red and one is orange, all about it. Said that they breed together in the wild all the time, and from what I understood, it would give you a mix of babies. He also made mention that colour isn't inherited from their parents, jsut because you breed two high red specimens doesn't mean to say you will have a bunch of high red babies. His screaming orange male came out of a poo brown female and an average red male. This gives me hope about breeding my poo brown female...lol

Exactly what Linds said. Every pairing has the possibility of producing pretty much every color. Having said that, certain pairings DO produce prettier babies than other pairings. For sure. Its all about refining and working with animals that consistantly produce nice offspring. That's what its all about!!

so keeping in mind that i am a newbie and this question may seem really basic, but is it better to keep to brb's in the same tank or to keep them separate?

Since brbs' litter colors differ so much how come we didn't saw any albinos? Must be amazing!

Being variable in by nature and actually having the two alleles necessary to see an albino in a population are two very very different things.
The albino will pop up. Don't worry about that. But it will be wild caught.
