Thanks all for your kind comments.
She is about 12 mths old and around 3 ft long.
Snappy as hell and WILL bite you in the enclosure but pull her out and she is great, not even snappy. She is about to shed so I will post some pics of her clean so you can see the shine on her .
Yes Mark she is a QLD, well picked mate, only the QLD's have that yellow colour with the dark back.

Hey Rick, just a couple Kinghorni questions, i am thinking about getting a pair of them as juveniles, how true is the evil disposition that we hear about, i plan to handle evryday to calm them down, how much success have you had with calming them down? I really dont want to get something that grows to 15ft or over and have asernal like the scrubbie if they cant be calmed down to some degree.

scrub pythons
Its all true Mark
They are as mean as cats piss mate
I have a 17 footer that trys to kill me at least once a week and you will not believe the power they have. He tagged a friend of mine earlier this year, while I was ill my friend was tending my snakes for me and he was cleaning the cage when THOR "the snake from hell" just launched accross the room and hit him in the chest. The result was 3 broken ribs and 26 stitches and a cracked $300 sheet of glass. I have them here that I have had from hatchlings and get handled all the time and just get more crazy with age.
They are cool to own and are a beautiful snake but if you ask me I was more comfortable handling my tipans than my scrubs.
Rick
