box elder bugs

Are box elder bugs ok to feed to a cham? A friend of mine has a ton of them at his house (pesticide free countryside) and has offered to catch some for me. I was hoping someone here would have some insight. Thanks.

Box elder bugs and lightning bugs are deadly for bearded dragons. I don't know about Chams but I wouldn't do it.
