incubator precipitation

I have put my 6 turtle eggs in an incubator i made. I used a ten gallon tank with the water and brick rubbermaid idea i used from Tim and Julie B. (thanks ) anyways i just wanted to know if there is supposed to be percipitation occuring on the sides of the tank and all over the rubbermade from the submersable heater in the water?

That's perfectly normal when you're dealing with that high of a humidity level. It's a good idea to put something under one side of the incubator to elevate it a bit. That way, any condensation on the top of the incubator will follow the dip and drip down the sides instead of on the eggs.
