Shrimp murderers

O.k. I am missing one of my fancy guppies in my ten gallon tank.

I had 6 guppies. Yesterday only five were swimming around. I looked through every leaf, the filter, the lid, the rocks etc. But no guppy #6 and no carcass. Did my algae eating shrimp murder him? Did he die and they ate him?

Where is guppie #6??

It most likely died during the night and the other fish and shrimp ate it.
