Question I got a question?

On Wednesday i fed my 18in/5month ballpython. Since i have gotten it (2 weeks ago) its only the second time i have fed it. Well the first time i fed it a pinkie, but those are too small. Then on Wednesday i fed it about a medium size full grown mouse. And for the past days its been in its log sleeping, or if it gets out it just stays in the corner wrap into a ball. It use to be really active almost the whole day. It wrap areound branches but now its just laying there. I fed it in its tank because it didnt want to eat outside. Is something wrong, was the mice too ig, or is that normal with all snakes?
Thanks

That's normal. You'll find that snakes, including ball pythons, aren't quite as active as most of us would hope. They are secretive animals who choose to spend most of their time in hiding.

Your ball sounds fine to me. Feed it every 7 days or so and give him 36-48 hours (depending on the food size) to just chill out after each feeding. He'll need that time to digest his meal.

Good luck and keep us posted!
