Ready to pop!
This female mangrove salt marsh snake seems ready to have her litter soon. I can't wait, I've been so used to egg layers, it'll be a neat thrill to see her and the 4 others give birth.

Very neat looking snake - not something I have ever seen here. Are these commonly commercially available there? How big is she? Thanks for the photos,
mary v.

Not common in the hobby, really. I have posted a bunch of 'em on the field collecting forums. I found 3 (2.1) attempting to breed in a tree months ago when netting fish for the 2 I alrady had. There's red/orange, black/gray, green/brown and other combinations of colors. I'll post a pic below of 4 different ones.

Cool colors. The scales look way cool. Primitive and rough-looking. Nice, as always man.

That dark red one is gorgeous!
Are you able to get any to take unscented pinks? We were able to get one I think eat unscented pinks. Her name was Bubbles.
