Pretty snakes JD. Are they oxybelis or aheutallah, not sure of the spelling. They are rear fanged though aren't they?

yeah, they are rear fanged with "mild" venom. they are Ahaetulla Prasnia... one is not, i still cant figure out what it is. its not ahaetulla prasnia, nasuta, mycterizans which are the most common. it looks to me like an ahaetulla fasciolata but, their is only one place in the world that has them in captivity.... maybe a hybred of prasnia x mycterizans? i will post pics if you want to see him.

Cool,I'd love to see more pics. My brother had a vine snake...of the oxybelis variety I think. It would hunt lizards while wobbling like a vine in the breeze. Do yours have this same feeding habit?

yes and no.... Oxybelis have a slightly different diet... they eat lizards, frogs and birds. asians eat lizards, frogs possibly fish and in captivity they eat lizards and RARELY fuzzies. they do act similar to a oxybelis when they eat. Some oxybelis fuldgus have been known to grow over 8 feet (RARE). here are the pics you wanted.................................
