cage size
im looking for a cage for this ball im gonna get and im just wonderin if this one is the right size(im not gonna use it cuz i use it for other stuff) the one i have is 2 feet long, by 1 foot wide by 1foot 4 inches tall, u think that would be big enough?

Hmm... that's the equivalent of a 15 or 20 gallon? He might be fine for a while as a juvie, but as an adult I find that a little too small. My 2 yr old female is 4ft long and is presently housed in a 33 gallon, with I find is getting small for her.
Basically, it depends on what size bp you are getting and if you plan on keeping it in that tank all its lfe.

currently the snake im going to purchase is like 1 foot 5 inches long or so, is that a juvenile?

Yes. For an adult 36Lx18Wx12or18H would be fine. That cage up top would be good for a while. A good rule of thumb is a square foot of space for every square foot of snake.

Personally, i think that is more height then needed. Try to go with a 33 gal long.

i keep my ball in a 4 foot by 1 or 1 1/2 foot buy like 3 feet what you are talking about it fine for a snake that size for a wile. but after a wile you will need to upgrade to something bigger
