Talking Getting closer and closer!!

I have been working on these for 2 years now and am getting closer to what I am looking for. I would like a leopard with matching color between carrot tail and body. I want to see one with absolutely no transition from carrot tail color to body color! Thats one of my projects let me know what you guys think. Would also like to see if anyone has any like I am talking about.

That is one beautiful animal. The closest I've seen to what you mentioned are the breeders at theurbangecko.com.

Your not the only one....

We also have been working on this for about the last 5 years. You can see the evolution of our strain by clicking HERE .
And this male is our Star from last season, he is currently breeding our best females. His body stripes are the same colour as his tail, this season we have hatched a good number of geckos that should deveolp body colour matching the tail colour.

Best of luck,

Matt.

Thanks to all. I have been eyeing HQReptiles for some time. One of these days I will purchase some stock from you. This girl is from last season and totally blows away her parents! Just to show you selective breeding can have awesome results!

AMAZING GECKOS, Blazin! Hoot! My little Tafkap is really something too. She's only about 5 months old and look at her colours already!

Check out her hue! Also, she just shed last night and her carrottail is already at the 1/4 mark! Her body colour has also become noticably more orange! Good luck with your geckos, they are amazing!
