I got a new friend!
Hello everyone, I got myself a little yellow gecko yesterday.
It is my first lizard so I'd like to know the big "To Do" and "To Not Do" like things I don't want to learn by mistakes..
Any advice will be appreciated, thank you very much

Congrats on your new little friend!! Sorry I don't know too much about Golden Geckos, but I know a few things:
*they enjoy warm (80 dgree ambient, 90 degree basking) temps
*humdity 75%+
*have very delicate skin that can teear easily
*do not tolerate excessive handling, better as display animals usually
*make sure you provide correct supplementation (dust crix and worms with calcium + vitamin supplement)

Also, I think they are nocturnal (though don't quote me on that, I have never owned one, just worked with them a little) so they don't require UV lighting.
Adam had a good suggestion, have you tried looking through caresheets?

I can take him out, he is very calm. He climbs up on my shoulder and stays there or on my hand watching out what I do..
