wild Maritime garter snake pics

They are right after the plated lizard pics. This guy had really red checkers (more red then the pics show) and a real bad temper!

Really nice! I caught one a few weeks back but it wasn't that big or that bright. Nice find!

Thats a nice one. I used to have a striped one never checkered. I kept it all summer and fed it frogs that I caught but eventually I gave it away because I didnt want to have to buy mice for it in the winter. lol
