first of all, please punctuate. That was very hard to understand and I'm still not sure if I get what you mean.
I think you're saying he spends all his time in hiding, and he always hides when he sees you? Well thats normal... he would spend a couple days in his warm hide after eating to digest his meal.
he might when you come in if he's stressed or afraid of you. do you handle him often? is there a lot of traffic in the area he's in?

sorry, he's in my walkin closet. Its in the back of the house, no traffic. I handle him every day but not for to long at a time. Im very careful not to be rough. He doesnt seem to mind me getting him out of his enlosure. Its just the last week that he spends so much time in the hide box. I would put it off to him being cought in the wild. But he was fine after the first few days.

what temps are you keeping him at? Humidity?

Also, its perfectly normal for a snake to spend much of his time in a hide box. He'll come out when he wants, but you should rule out husbandry problems first.

That is too hot for the cool side, that is the temp the hot side should be at, the cool side should be in the low to mid 70's.

What are you using for heat? Lower the setting or wire up a rheostat, or move it further away from the cage bla bla bla.
