Update
My ball python seems to be taking the antibiodics quite well. I took him in to the vet today for a shot and he did very well. He is doing a lot more tongue flicking, which he hasn't done since i got him. He weighs 72 grams, when i first took him in he weighed 64, so it looks like the meat is sticking to the bones. Thanks for everyone's support and what not!!!
