Seems like every time I go herping with Chuck we come back with frogs and turtles. When I do not go he comes back with a huge cottonmouth. I must make too much noise.

Update: we ran a back road beside our office today when we got off. Joe blew up. He got and adult southern toad, Jv 5 line skink, and an adult spec kingsnake.

We are currently involved in a research project on North American pit vipers. The DNA samples from DOR pits is very important to this research.
