New southern hognose (NEW PICS)
I just got this female today. She's a really nice addition, and my male seems to think so too.

Must be nice to live in an area where Hognoses are legal.... they're not legal in Alberta.

You can count on me trying to breed them! If it was only up to me. Male definetly seemed interested even though he's in his shed cycle now. I've had them in the past, but there's a bit more interest in the simus nowadays. They are completely extirpated in some of their former habitat areas here in FL. Some are very, very pretty. This female is quite cleanly marked. I am hopeful.

I think you need to send her this way. Southern Hog is one of my 5 most sought after nonvens, right up there with Southern pines.

hey BW, just picked up another female over the weekend. We need to go out and find a FL. pine for sure. I have only a few pics and those were in captive settings. Later this year, I'll put my mind to finding one and getting some pics for my album.
