Are you talking currently own, or have ever owned?
Currently my biggest snake is a boa and she is just a tad over 9', my smallest is a subadult Grayband kingsnake.
The biggest I ever owned was a Retic. He was a little over 17' when I sent had to pass him along to someone else who had more room. The smallest adult snake I have ever had was a 9" Brown snake (Storeria dekayi).

Currently my biggest snake is my male BP Maurice at approx. 5' in length. That will quickly change though as I have 3 BCIs and they are my largest species of snake I own.
The smallest would be PeeWee, my viper boa. Right now he's 6" long and will max out between 2 and 3'.

Biggest is my female Carpet python she is a Coastal Jungle cross & is between 5-6 ft & she'll get much bigger. Smallest are my baby Childrens Pythons which are smaller than baby Corns. Oh I guess I should mention my pair of Vietnamese Blue Beauty Snakes they are like 7 ft but are quite slender compared to the cross python. Mark I.
