what would be the best surface for an enclosure

i built an amphibian enclosure and i want to know what a good surface would be for them.like soil,moss,or mulch

I use sphagnum moss in my frog tank. Its the kind that comes in a dirt like form.

I would suggest you using sheet moss, like live moss from the woods, just make sure it dont have chemicals on it, nor any big bugs. I say this because treefrogs like to lunge at food ya know, and if they lunge and I've seen frogs choke on food and substrate Live moss looks nice and it helps degrade poops. I'm sure someone will bash this post but its all personal preferenceand belifs
