smooth sided toad info please

Hey all....its been a while since ive been on here, my computer died on me.
But i have a question, i have a smooth sided toad that was given to me by a freind, and i was wondering if anyone has kept these before and could give me some advice/care information. Hes a garbage can and will eat everything i give him, but what is the preffered diet for these guys? Ive been giving him a bunch of superworms/meal worms, a few earthworms, and some pinkies.
Also, it has been doing fine in the temps that have been givin to it for the last while which is just a very warm room temp near some heat lamps/matts and stuff, but what it the actual temps they should be kept at? Ive tried looking everywhere for care sheets for these guys, but all ive come up with is what my freind told me. But it was sold to him as a rococco toad, and i looked at some pics and figured out it was a smooth sided toad, so yeah. I dont have much to go by here apart from what he told me (which seems to be working out fine for now).
Thanks!
pete and jess
