New Cage for Spilotes..."PIC"

Hi folks,

Here's my 5-foot female Tiger enjoying her new, larger accomodations.
She certainly seems to take to the arboreal lifestyle, lol.

Thanks for looking.

Weather1,
Thanks, I know the pic's a bit fuzzy, but the lighting's not too good today.
The cage (originally designed for Blood Pythons) is 6' x 2' x 2'. It's not quite as tall as I'd like, but hey, it seems to work.
I have attached screw eyes to the ceiling of the cage, and I've hung a nice, y-shaped piece of twisted cork-screw willow from them using rough twine. I tried to camouflage the twine by threading it through the plastic connectors of some fake, silk vines.
Not a really naturalistic set-up, but pretty simple and easily serviceable. Just the way I like it!

Thanks,

I still have another identical unit in the garage, awaiting completion. This will house the rapidly-growing male.
They are going to have plenty of room as they grow, however I think that I may plan two totally different, taller cages for them as adults.

Cheers all!

Paul,
I've heard that they can go well over ten feet in length.
I can only imagine what a really big one must be like to handle.
Now that my two are both feeding reliably, it's time to pack some size on 'em!
The male was taking small rats and really developing some girth, but he went off them for some reason. Now he's back on the rats. He is almost six feet in length, but still quite slender.
They are a lot of fun to work with, and I really enjoy having them around. They have some really neat behaviours, as well.
