I did it........
My friends Roger and Blair helped me construct the best looking cages. I found out why the other ones didn't work...I wasn't using particle board screws, I used wood screws. I can now build tip top enclosures with ease. next project rack.....

That is three cages stacked, I put the glass in tonight. I used just over two sheets. For one cage maybe 3/4 of a sheet I'll be completely done by tomorrow.
