causes of respitory infection?

my corn made a weezing sound while I was handling him and also discharged alittle clear substance from either his mouth or nostrils, any ideas?

DEFIITELY a resp. Get it to a vet. Causes are insufficient heat, improper humidity and dusty substrates.
