Parabuthus species have some sting........ This is a thick tailed spitting scorpion......

Wow, thats a great looking scorp. Looks rather poisonous, lookin at its fat tail and small pedipalps. Correct me if im wrong here

Yeah, they are pretty hot...... I have been tagged 2 times by this species....... Alot of pain and some swelling....... Parabuthus have been known to cause fatalities......... Healthy adults will most likely not die as a result of a sting but young and elderly can....... They are a dangerous species and should not be kept by beginners......

Very cool species of scorp! One of my favs. Actually all species are one of my favs. You've been tagged twice? I thought the were more toxic then that. Very cool so many scorps so little time.

I have never seen one spit....... But they are said to do it..... Hey Matt it is actually pretty easy to pick one up....... You grab it by the tail close to the stinger....... Once they are in your hand all you are is a flat serface......
