my escapee returns
got lucky tonight and found my escaped corn snake. he was back in his enclosure warming up i guess i walked in at the right time so i put the lid back on and from now on will be alot more careful to make sure the lid is closed at both ends

lucky you, I couldn't find my corn once even though I searched and searched, it turned up about an hour later once it had come down from it's new hiding place, inside it's lights box.

Thats great! That is how i found mine when it escaped. it was just slithering back into its cage when i walked in!
