Unhappy My Injured Schneider Skink

I recently bought a schneider skink, and I fear he is either sick or has a problem. His left arm is swollen and it appears that he might have some sort of injury there. I originally thought this was due to him jumping onto a hard floor, and I still think that might be the problem. I don't really have the money to take him to a vet, so I was hoping that someone might recognize this symptom and be able to help me. He is eating normal and everything. His diet consists of meal worms and fruit. I am using play sand in his aquarium, and I don't feed him supplements. He also uses the heater that goes under the aquarium instead of the UV light. If you have any idea what is going on or any suggestions for my lizard care, please post a response. Thanks so much!!!

Sounds like a broken bone to me.... If you cannot afford to take him to the vet, though you really SHOULD for an injury like this, but I cannot force you too. I would definatly begin supplimenting his food.. Calcium will help strengthen his bones and (possibily) help heal any wounds. No guarentees, but you really should vet him for something like that... Good luck.

TAKE HIM OT THE VET.all animals that get broken or fractured bones will die if not treated because of infection.you have to find a way to get it ot a vet right away.
