I live in the foothills of NC and im planning on going out and looking for some snakes this weekend. I have never did this before so give me some tips.

I dont really know the species but going at night mught turn up more and look under rocks tin woods logs ect its better to look near water to

That is good advice on where to look and make sure you know what a Copperhead looks like
