Our frilleds laid some eggs for us (pics)

Well after a lot of reading and trial and error we got what we wanted, frilled dragon eggs. We have a lot of different lizards and snakes but frilleds are our favorite so we are quite happy with this. She had 6 eggs, 3 are perfect...1 is good but softer than the others and 2 came out as 1 so I am unsure of those. Anyways thanks for looking and now we have to make the long wait.

Good luck with those eggs! How long do they need to be incubated for? Just curious

Thanks for the kind words, they are a little tough to breed. They go through a cool down and then the warm up but need also a wet season, the female is thin as it is and you can't tell if she is gravid or not. We were unsure until we seen the eggs. They are also really prone to egg binding because of there narrow hips. Incubation is 3 months give or take and we will be selling some of the babies and probably will keep one to raise ourselves. Anyways thanks for looking and we will keep you posted on how the eggs are doing.
