mice and rat breeders

Does anyone know of someone or a company that sells mice and rats. My last breeder seems to not like doing it or something as they never respond or if they do it's like a week and a half later. Also I am looking for someone in Ontario so I do not have to pay for those shipping charges which are a pain in the butt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for all the help you can give.
