I'm in the process of building a bigger, better cage for my beardie. I need to change the fluorescent fixture and I was wondering - Does he really need UV light now that he's stopped growing or is D3 supplement enough?

I've purchased a dual lamp 4 foot fixture and I think I'll put a regular bulb on one side and a ZooMed on the other.

Many of my adult rescues are MBD dragons because people didn't provide UVB. I don't believe D3 supplements are enough to protect them adequately.
