Balls aren't like corns, they all have very short chubby tails and they cannot be visually sexed accurately. The only way to sex them is to have them evert, or to probe them. Also, if the clicking is only after baths, and not at any other times, then I wouldn't be too worried. What are the temps of the bathwater, or do you mean after he bathes himself in his water dish? If he takes frequent soaks in his water dish I would check humidity levels and for any signs of illness or external parasites, and make sure your temps are not too high... does he have a cool retreat in his cage (78-80 degrees)? If the overall temps are 88 then that's too warm... he needs to have a gradient so he can thermoregulate his body temperature.
