Umm...i don't mean to offend anyone or be rude but just because you have more money, you shouldn't spend as much of it as you can on more herps. What if later on, you don't have as much money and can't afford for some of the things they need such as food and other little things? Keep this in mind. If I had an extra $1000, I would definatly go for it too and buy MAYBE one herp but that's because I have the time and space. Just remember this...if you have the time, money, and space, go head and buy one or two more herps but try to look as far ahead as possible So if that's the case, I would purchase a red blood or a white lipped

Dont forget Emily some people do this as a living and they get these animals as investments so they can breed and make more money down the road. but is see what you are getting at

I see what your saying emily but If any of my reptiles need something I get it whether it be food, medical care, cages and everything else they could need I am not a person who will let a snake starve because of me. it would eat me alive and constantly drive me nuts. when a snake wont eat food I think about it all the time untill they eat. For some people those extra costs may be a problem but i always take care of my reptiles and raise money however i can and if they have babies then they pay me back if they dont there just pets and I keep them as what they are
any ways its hard to decide upon what to get since there are so many great choices i will have to find out what suits me best .

I don't know if you just listed everything you want or would like to breed. Are you asking for opinions? Because out of everything on that list my fav. is the Surinam boas. ringed are nice but it's hard to raise the hatchlings. High humidity. Tree boas if you like them get them. If you want something to breed to make a little money on (which is not be a concern for some) trees prices seem to be falling. Bloods and Borneo's are nice for a living sausage ( sorry). White lipped are beautiful but get big and have to be tamed ( or given a seditive) so take that into consideration. why get Columbians when you can get Surinams. I am still trying to figure out what brb is. how about a corn snake? Kidding! Honestly if it's your love you'll be happy with anything maybe who has a better deal at the time will be a factor. Good luck with your decision. i can't wait to hear what you have decided.-Tim

It's all good!

Well, well Well,

Not to confuse matters more, but if you have snakes, and not monitors or lizards, you should perhaps give them a try.

Now that I have gotten into Monitors there no going back,
I only need mates for my single boa, and perhaps a vine and a black blood or ATB, and an ETB. Damn actually i just want someone to be as mixed up as me. So go get that Albig. lol

Lol...living sausage...good one! Any what's wrong with cornsnakes? They are my fav kind of snake well, i also like burmese python but a 60lb kid like me would not be able to handle a 100lb+ snake like a burmese or retic lol :P

Yeah Ackies are good monitors and so are water monitors...they are really friendly! Still, geckos (especially crested geckos and leopard geckos) are my fav animals in the entire world...they are absolutely amazing! Especially the ones fom www.hqreptiles.com :P Colubrids, pythons and boas are in second

there is nothing at all wrong with corns. I am not a reptile elitest ( the more expensive the better). I just love saying that to boa and python people to hear them groan! I was going to suggest a turtle or tortoise instead but all you listed were snakes so I just figured you were "one of those people."(jk I have snakes too!)
