Jumping beardies!

hello, today i was holding my baby bearded dragon and i sat down on the ground, i placed killer (my bearded dragon) on my knee and just watched him. After like 5 seconds he jumped about 6 inches on to his aquarium screen lid which was standing upright. I couldnt believe it, and it was so quick. I never knew beardies were good jumpers. SO anyways I was jsut wondering if any one has bearded dragons that jump liek this?

Last night I was feeding our two newly aquired beardeds and the male "jumped" out of the cage! I think he was planning an attack on our mealworms! Even though he was in the middle of eating a large container of them, maybe he figured that the mealies were tastier on the other side of the fence. They sure can be quick! And very hungry too!

yep, they sure can surprise you! It's very normal though. Beardies climb and jump quite well.
