Why I Love Chondros

In a nutshell, they sit still for photos!! This is my most photogenic baby at the moment - a sweet CB '02 Lereh locality chondro.

Enjoy!

Not all of them turn entirely green.

Excellent pic KLG, what camera are you using?

Thanks for all the kind words folks!

Ham - that photo was shot with a Nikon Coolpix 5700. Uppity camera to say the least, but once you learn how to use it, it's golden!

Lovely chondro you posted - what locality?

He's a biak, going on 6 years old I believe.

Yeah, I've found with most digital cams that they take some work figuring out how to use them, but you can get some real pretty shots if you figure it out.

Chondros are beautiful, pretty soon I hope to be able to afford at LEAST one. I like how they can be so variable in color when they are young. I have never seen a blue one but I have heard many times they do exist, I have seen greens, yellows, and gorgeous reds, which is my favourite color. Any ways beautiful pic I would be very proud.
