Heat Tape
I was just wondering if anyone knew of where I can find heat tape, because I know they don't have it in Ontario and I have been told they don't have it in Canada.

I never really understood exactly how heat tape works... personally, I don't think I've even seen the stuff... o.o;; Sorry to sound like a moron - but I'm just curious... can anyone fill me in? Is is just tape that's heated? er..
