Thumbs up Woohoo!!

Just thrilled to say that this is the first week in months that all of my snakes have eaten!

Female CRB - fasted 3.5 months, just ate 3 live mice
Female CRB - no fast, just ate 1 f/t rat
Male CRB - fasted 3 months, just ate 1 f/k mouse and 1 f/t rat
Female IJCP - faste 4 months, just ate 1 f/t chick (in shed, no less)
Female IJCP - no fast, just ate 1 f/t chick
Male IJCP - no fast, just ate 1 f/k mouse and 1 f/t chick
Female BCI - no fast, just ate 1 f/t rat

No ideal amounts of food, or ideal food items, but I'm still extremely pleased!

Yay!! My BP has decided to skip 3 meals in a row so far -- so I'm going to be very happy when he decides to eat again!

You have down there that a few of your snakes ate 2 prey items. Is that not bad for the snake? I have been told that feeding too much will wipe out all the gut flora...just wondering....

Feeding multiple items should be perfectly fine as long as you aren't over feeding.

Yep, feeding multiple items is okay as long as it's all at once (as opposed to one item every day) and it isn't too much.

I know that feeling, We have enough snakes that we feed the problem feeders first and then the ones that eat all the time (even when they shed). This way we rarely waste a rodent.
