My Girls

Thought a share a few pics of a couple of my girls.

Here's Rosie, my female Werner's (Ch. t. werneri).

And Angel, a female Meru Jackson's (Ch. t. j. merumotanus) - she lives up to her name.

And Godiva, a female Deremenis (Ch. t. deremensis).

I just love the females - you have to admire the all they give for their babes.

Wow, you really got some great looking girls there. Really like the last one, nice green with dots. Keep the pics coming.

She is sweet isn't she?? I also have her sister - they both came from Laurier. They've been growing like weeds. Deremensis have a reputation for becoming easily egg bound - they are ~9 months, so I've really cut back on their food. They are less that impressed!

They love to drink! They stretch their tongues out as far as they can. I can sit there with the spray bottle for up to 45 minutes and they still keep on drinking!

They are normally an almost luminescent, smooth light emerald green - no spots. The spots come when they are stressed. The camera stresses them.

I really like Werner's, too! She has lots of lizartude - she gapes at me and gets those ear flaps wagging! It kills me. Tough little buggers.

MY BABY!!!!

ahh I am so happy to see that both my ex little girls are doing awsome. I am hoping to see deremensis pop up again because I do regret selling them to you but it was the best for them. well glad to see they are in great care.

They've really grown, too! Just for interests sake - I tracked down info on deremensis horn development. Usually around 6-7 months you should start to see the buds forming.
