Tongue shots!
Today I got my first tongue shot that was clear! Man I have taken literally probably thousands of photos already here at my place, friends and the zoo. But tonight got my first snake tongue shot!

Yeah! Eight's head has that little lighter area. It seems to be getting slightly lighter with each shed.
Zoe- Wow lucky you! Those are some awesome tongue shots! I only have the one python, all the rest are colubrids, and those tongue shots are seemingly IMPOSSIBLE! *L*

Thanks! Juliette is camera shy, too. Took a long time to convince her to sit still long enough for a macro shot, LOL I guess she told me how she felt about it PPBBBTTTTTT hehehe
Patience and something that the snake is interested in will help you get more raspberry shots like Zoe said. This was her first time out in the grass and on the tree, so it was all very new to her.
