Most I have spent is $2,000 CDN. Most I have seen is $65,000 US, it was a male Bumble Bee BP. I'm sure the Killer Bee and Albino Spider will have a higher price tag. It was rumored that Pete Kahl spent more than $125,000 US for his Leusistic BP.

125,000! lol thats crazy. thats enough to buy a house or 6250 corn snakes. the most costly snake i have seen is a 2 headed texas rat snake that costed $7000 CDN which is a little much because they rarley live.

The most I have ever paid was $75 USD for my bc occidentalis. Actually he is the ONLY one that I paid for. Out of 12 snakes, that is not too bad. The others were gifts, adoptions or rescues
The most expensive I have seen would be the leucistic v niloticus for a cool million USD. :jawdrop:

lol you would have to be CRAZY to pay that for a lizard. lol you would be better off buying twenty thousand of them and breed them all. your bound to come across a oddity sooner or later. lol I would just stick with my million and retire.

JD, as Xetox said, this nile monitor is the ONLY Leucy to exist. That is why it is priced so outrageously.

$40 US for my Mexican black kingsnake and worth 100 times that to me!
Since I run a rescue I don't have the budget to spend on my own pets but there are lots of inexpensive herps to love out there.
