Yea, I think I like the Nigerians the best. They come in yellow AND red! I would have got a red one, but this one was the most active and alert. He also seemed the most healthy. I've grown to love his yellow color! And the best part is, they keep getting brighter and brighter with age! The yellow all but takes over the darker green areas!

Hey. I finally get to see the Uro you were telling me about so much. Hes REALLY pretty. If you don't mind what did you pay for him? I'm just wondering cause I've never seen those for sale.

I paid $50USD for him at the Tampa Reptile show. The only problem now is, he has an eye infection! It must have been picked up at the show! I've ordered Terramycin and it should get here in a few days. That will clear the infection up in a matter of days.

yea, I go to that site a lot. There is tons of great care info for the different spieces of uromastyx there. If you click on the Nigerian link, you can see how my uro will look when it becomes an adult.

Ohh, very nick uros! A quick question, I hear that uros LOVE dandelions but I cannot seem to find any ANYWHERE around my house. Is there any place to buy these? I would like to give them as a treat.

I had never thought there was a place where dandelions (in Dutch... Paardenbloemen) did not grow.
Just saw you live in Florida. Are there no dandelions in Florida??

I donīt think you can buy them anywhere, at least, in Holland you cannot buy them.
