wow I couldnt even imagine having so many snakes that it would take that huge amount of breeders to feed them.

I would really hate to be in that room about 5 days after changing the cages. But other then that I am amazed at the size of his breeding system.

Nice setup but I think anything in a rat room made of wood is a bad idea. Impossable to keep clean and keep from getting stinky.
Racks should also be on wheels. My first racks were wood and lasted about a year. I make metal racks now (see pictures) but the best racks for the money are the freedom racks.
