More Pics
Here are some more pics of my male IJ after his great shed... he looks different in RL, a lot lighter and better contrast. His colour is a little weird, actually... his dark is closer to dark grey, and his light is off-white and are outlined by black. Anyway, I think he's pretty, what do you guys think?

Wow i've been thining about getting one of those for the longest time now but i've heard that they are aggresive so i'm looking to get more experience with my current snakes before i take on a CP but those pics just put me over the edge. THATS ONE NICE SNAKE!!! Whats it's temperment like on yours and is it true what they say about the bite. I've read that if bit that the lacerations can be deep and its not pleasent. Personally i'm not one for caring about the pain involed in caring for a snake but everyone around here nows me as the snakeaman so i'm thinking for there sake and such. Thanks.

I think that is a great example of an exceptional adult...Yes Irian Jayas look terrific for the first year or two, but then normally dull out and become very melanine washed. He is just so clean...no tipping, or melanine anywhere. Great snake Zoe.

Yay I've got a handsome boy My female is gorgeous too, should be some babies! *knock on wood*
Snake hunter... IJs have a really good tempermant, all of mine are super tame. If I haven't handled them in a while they'll do a stupid little "go 'way" half-hiss when I first reach in and touch them, but they bite or hiss big or anything. I've only been bitten once, and it was a feeding error, entirely my fault. The bite wasn't too bad, 15-20 teeth went it, it bled for a while but it didn't hurt much because his teeth are so sharp.
