It would be a very bad idea to feed a wild caught skink to your snake.
The skink could be loaded with parasites, which your snake would be in danger of becoming infested with.
The skink could have recently eaten insects that had been dosed with pesticides, or the skink itself could have been wandering through pesticides, which would then threaten to poison your snake.
Now, if you buy a captive born and bred skink of an appropriate size, then you could offer it as food for your snake. But I would never offer wild caught anything as food for any of my reptiles.
