milk snake not feeding.

https://imgur.com/a/EOShE2I

I've had this snake since November 16 and i cant get it to feed. I've only tried thawed pinkies but the snake actively avoids the mouse, won't go near it at all, doesn't even flick his tongue at it, I've also tried exposing the brain to give it more smell, still nothing.
It's a small snake maybe a little more than 12" long, I keep it in a 20 gallon tank that is kept at about 75 degrees on the warm side with aspen bedding for substrate.I also feed it in a separate smaller tank.
I don't know what to do,is there something I am doing wrong? Is there another type of food I could try?
Ive just bumped the warm side up to 82 degrees.
