Question Health Concern For Corn Snake

Hello everyone, I currently have an adult female corn snake that I've had ever since she was a baby, but have had some concerns about her lately. I took a peek inside her mouth recently while she was yawning and saw strings of saliva. It wasn't a heaping amount but enough to cause me concern and to keep an eye on her, but she hasn't been acting differently. She's been perfectly active, eats well, and shed well recently.

Should I be concerned that she's developed a sickness or infection? And if there is the possibility of that, what should I do about it?

Thank you for your time.
