Need advice for new snake

I just bought a other ball python but he is 5 yo he was use in a petting zoo but they quit messing with him so now he bites can I get him tamed again? At his age? My first one is very friendly

Welcome to the forum! The only advice I can give is to let the snake settle in for a little while before handling it.

And you know what, I've never known that a snake could be used in a petting zoo. Given that I'm a novice myself (I have a gray-banded kingsnake and a leopard gecko), there are still so many things for me to learn before I buy another specimen.

Keep us updated and show us pictures of your ball pythons when you get the chance.
