Exclamation Ball Python Eating Problems

Hello everyone, my ball python that I've had for maybe 5-6 months now has stopped eating about 6 weeks ago and has lost a lot of weight. I'm not sure exactly how much weight, because I wasn't monitoring it beforehand, but he is certainly underweight. I began monitoring his weight after he didn't eat twice in a row and he drops almost 10 grams a week, he is now 174. I believe he is almost a year old. He is very tiny and has also become very lethargic.

Before all of this happened, he was great at eating. I gave him a small mouse every 6-7 days, I had already gotten him really tiny so I was trying to beef him up a little bit. He always shedded fine, he never really was a picky eater or had any other issues.

Over the course of these past 6 weeks though I have tried many methods to get him to eat. I moved from his 40 gallon tank to a 20 gallon tank, I fed him at night, I've tried leaving the mouse in the cage, and many other things.

The tank he is currently in is a 20 gallon long. The hot side is 90-95 and the cool side doesn't dip below 73-74. He has a humid hide, cool hide, and warm hide.

I'm not sure what to do, any advice?

If he's dropping weight that fast then I'd recommend taking him to a reptile vet with a poop sample to test for parasites.
